1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions, and those meanings apply throughout this document.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "User" means any person who holds a registered account on the raja bazi platform or uses any part of the site.
• "Account" means a user's personal profile, created after registration, through which platform services are accessed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means the amount of money placed from a user's funds to participate in a game or sports event.
• "Bonus" means any additional credit, cashback or promotional benefit offered by the platform.
• "Funds" means the total amount held in a user's account, which may include both cash and bonus balances.

All terms stated in this document are consistent with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In case of any doubt on any matter, the platform's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Age Limit

The following conditions must be met to register on the raja bazi platform and use any of its services.

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on the platform are exclusively for persons aged 21 or above. At the time of account registration, the user must declare that they meet this age requirement. raja bazi may request an identity document for age verification at any time. Accounts of underage users will be closed immediately and deposited funds may not be returned.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform operates for users in Bangladesh. Using the platform from regions where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited is entirely at the user's own risk. raja bazi reserves the right to restrict access from specific regions.

2.3 Single Account Requirement

Each user may open only one account. raja bazi reserves the right to close multiple accounts registered under the same person's name. Members of the same household or users sharing the same IP address may hold separate accounts, but activity may be investigated if it appears suspicious.

3 Account Registration

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when creating an account on the raja bazi platform. Registration with false information will result in the account being closed.

3.1 Registration Information

• Active mobile number, which will be used for OTP verification
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method details (bKash, Nagad or Rocket)

3.2 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Allowing any other person to access the account is prohibited. If a password is lost or unauthorized access to the account is suspected, contact raja bazi support immediately. The platform will not be responsible for any loss resulting from failure to secure account access.

3.3 Identity Verification

For large withdrawals or suspicious activity, raja bazi may request a national identity card, passport or other documents to verify the user's identity. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until identity verification is completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the raja bazi platform are processed through bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Transactions may fail if the correct process is not followed.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
• It may take some time for the deposit amount to be reflected in the account; contact support if there is any issue.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile wallet used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if identity verification is incomplete.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

raja bazi reserves the right to conduct an investigation in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions. It is this platform's policy to follow international standards for the prevention of money laundering.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

raja bazi offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms that should be read in full before claiming the offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if ৳1,000 is deposited, ৳2,000 bonus is added and the total balance becomes ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times, meaning ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to eligible users and are subject to withdrawal.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once unless the terms clearly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the required wagering is completed.
• If the time limit for meeting wagering requirements passes, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own separate terms, which are published with the offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback

raja bazi's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback on weekly net losses applies at each level. For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services are available on the raja bazi platform. The following general rules apply to each service.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are shown in the game interface and raja bazi may change them at any time.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Terms

• Bets processed incorrectly due to a technical fault will be considered void.
• If a sports event is cancelled or rescheduled, the related bets will be settled at raja bazi's discretion.
• The platform reserves the right to cancel bets placed at abnormal odds or erroneous prices.

6.3 Misconduct and Manipulation

Abuse of the bonus system, collusive betting, account hacking, use of bots or any other misconduct is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

6.4 Responsible Gaming Policy

raja bazi encourages users to follow the responsible gaming guidelines. Requests to set deposit limits, take a temporary break or self-exclude an account can be made through support.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

raja bazi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account under certain circumstances.

7.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Violating the terms and conditions or conducting fraudulent activity against the platform.
• Failing to provide identity verification documents on time.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by User

Any user may permanently close their account by submitting a request to support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements will be considered void.

8 Limitation of Liability

raja bazi makes every effort to maintain the quality of its services. However, the platform will not be liable in the following circumstances.

8.1 Technical Issues

raja bazi is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, issues with third-party payment gateways or any other technical disruption. If a service is disrupted, the platform will work to restore normal operation as quickly as possible.

8.2 Gambling Risk

Online gaming and betting are financially risky activities. raja bazi is not liable in any way for financial losses resulting from a user's gaming decisions. Users are strongly advised not to bet beyond their means.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The platform uses software from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, JILI and others). raja bazi does not have direct control over the quality or availability of these services and does not accept liability for issues arising from their operation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rajabazi.cam website and platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software code and other materials — are the intellectual property of raja bazi, with all rights reserved.

9.1 Prohibited Activities

• Copying, reproducing or distributing any part of the platform without prior written permission.
• Using the raja bazi name, logo or trademarks for commercial purposes.
• Analysing the platform's software or code through reverse engineering.
